Shipping

After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Please allow 12-20 days for International Orders, and 5-12 days for USA Orders!
We will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you. If you would like a tracking number, please notify us via email, and we will provide you with one right away!

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a store credit (returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another item of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. With returns, if you wish to return an item upon receipt, we will refund whatever shipping costs you paid while placing your order. If you are exchanging your item(s) we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to you.
Store credits and exchanges are given as long as the request is communicated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Easy Return and Exchange Process

Email (So We Can Send You Your Receipt) our customer care at support@thetinyclubhouse.com, or call our support team. Our team is available to talk to you 9am-5pm PST, Monday to Friday! Include in your initial request how you wish to proceed (return or exchange) and we will walk you through the process of which shipping carrier to ship your items back with, and how long the process should take.
Ship your return, and email our customer care team the tracking number associated with your return. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. Make sure all accessories are packaged in their original boxes and with their original documentation.
When we receive your return, it will be processed in 3-5 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the item(s) you requested will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.

Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a purchase on this website, you agree to not file a chargeback or a dispute for any reason within 30 business days of making a purchase. You agree to send us an email to support@thetinyclubhouse.com to resolve any payment issues and you agree to wait 30 business days before contacting your bank or payment processor to file a chargeback or dispute.
You agree to be liable for damages and business losses due to chargebacks or disputes made within 30 business days of your purchase, and you also agree to appear in small claims court and be liable for our attorney's fees. If your order fails to arrive and you have evidence that you've reached us via email, and we did not help you with a return or refund request within 30 business days, you may file a chargeback with no liability.

Please be advised that if you ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received.
All return shipping labels include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received. If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
